Andrey Ryumin, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC "Rosseti", was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC "Rosseti Moscow Region", a member of the Rosseti Group of Companies.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of "Rosseti Moscow Region" on this issue was held in person and in absentia on May 27, 2021.
According to the members of the Board of Directors of "Rosseti Moscow Region", the election of Andrey Ryumin as Chairman will ensure effective corporate governance, active development and high reliability of infrastructure, as well as the introduction of modern technologies in the power grid complex of the region.
The Company's Board of Directors also elected the members of the Committees of the Board of Directors of PJSC "Rosseti Moscow Region".
