According to the results of work in the 1st quarter of this year, the company received a net profit of 6.5 billion rubles, which exceeds the level of net profit for the same period in 2020 by 40.5%.

The company's revenue amounted to 48.3 billion rubles, which is 15% higher than the same indicator for the previous year. The key factor that had a positive impact on revenue was the growth of energy consumption in the Moscow region.

The dynamics of the cost price in the reporting period was mainly due to an increase in expenses for the services of territorial grid organizations due to an increase in energy consumption. Excluding this factor, the increase in operating expenses was below the CPI level. This was made possible by the company's ongoing program of measures to improve operational efficiency and control costs.

Also in the 1st quarter of 2021, a reduction in the volume of the debt portfolio was achieved, the proactive management of which allowed to reduce interest expenses by 393.2 million rubles compared to the same period in 2020.
