JSC “MOESK” and Branches Directors Participated in IDGC Holding All-Russian Production Meeting

On September the 24th, All-Russian Production Meeting of JSC “IDGC Holding” took place in the Moscow Region. The meeting was devoted to the Company’s subsidiaries operation starting from January the 1st, 2011 within the boundaries of new tariff regulation method. Heads of associated companies and subsidiaries as well as directors of distribution grid companies’ branches participated in the meeting.

The event was carried out under guidance of Nikolay Shvets, the General Director of JSC “IDGC Holding”. In his greeting speech, the Head of the energy company noted: “A little more than two years, the Holding has been working as an independent company. It is pleasant to realize that we have established a good tradition to resume results and discuss actual problems”.

“A shift towards new method of tariff regulation, and operation of the Company within these new conditions make an important direction of our activities”, pointed out Nikolay Shvets.

Top-managers of the Holding delivered their reports to the public. During the meeting, such topics as long-term tariff regulation, influence of new tariff determination system on the Company’s cost, implementation of services on technological connection within new conditions, and other topics have been covered.

Due to Andrey Konovalov, the General Director of JSC “MOESK” and one of participants of the meeting, “key aim of shift to RAB-regulation is firstly increase in the energy company’s effectiveness and reduction of taxes”.
