JSC “MOESK” social policy determines the presentation of a very wide social service package for the personnel and their family members. JSC “MOESK” social policy goal is the creation of the additional motivation of the personnel and their orientation to the long-term work in the Company.

Within the framework of the health promotion program the personnel of the Company have the possibility to buy trips to health resorts at a discount. They can also buy the trips to health resorts and camps for their children at a discount.

Thus, during eight months of 2010, 245 persons used this opportunity in Southern Electric Grids (SEG) branch of JSC “MOESK”. Among them are branch members, their children and pensioners. The total amount of compensation given by the Company to SEG personnel accounted for more than RUR 4 million 28 thousand. During summer holidays of 2010, 57 children of company’s personnel took rest in health camps for children in the Moscow Region. The possibility to acquire the trips with the further partial or complete compensation of their cost was used by 21 pensioner of SEG.

Company’s management renders all possible help to the trade union committees in organization of the weekend trips, and tourist trips to the memorable and historical sites. 55 SEG personnel members, and members of the trade union organization, took part in the trips and acquired discount trips to the Moscow Region resorts depending on the desirable treatment.
