In the Conference hall of the Central Electric Grids branch of Joint-Stock Company “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” Kaizen Institute Russia experts introduce world widely known system of management to the Company’s management and branch directors.

“Kaizen” is literally translated as “improvement” (from “kai” – “change” and “zen” – “good”). This word names the philosophy of the Japanese management. It began to develop in Japan after World War II and is considered to be the key to success achieved by the country in many sectors of economy. “Kaizen” implies the process of uninterrupted and gradual improvement, possible due to the active elimination of losses (of time, money, resources and efforts), increase of quality (of services, relationships, and staff preparation), decrease of losses for the development and production and, finally, increase of the consumers’ satisfaction level.

In his introductory word, Andrey Konovalov, JSC “MOESK” General Director pointed out: “We are extremely interested in use of the low-cost based ways of production development and Company’s activity productivity increase. That’s why we pay great attention studying Kaizen experience”.

Joint-Stock Company “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” is the leading Interregional distribution Grid Company in Russia.
