Within 27 December, the tendency to improvement was outlined in restoration of electricity supply owing to active work of power specialists of JSC “MOESK” and their colleagues from IDGC Holding. 6,373 transformer substations were disconnected at 6 a.m., their number reduced to 6,108 by 1.00 p.m., and to 5,713 by 4 p.m. The quantity of the disconnected substations was reduced as well. Their number was 41 at 6 a.m., which reduced to 36 at 4 p.m.

The works on liquidation of the damages will proceed also at the night of 27 December - 28 December. Now 501 brigades including 1,934 people are involved.

As at 5 p.m. the following lines were connected: “Bronnitsy-Vinogradovo”, “Antsiferovo-Nezhino II”, etc., and the following substations were connected “Vinogradovo”, “Shatura”, “Cherusti”, “Agat”; in this connection electricity supply in a number of settlements and socially-significant objects of the Moscow Area was restored.
