On the night of 27 - 28 December, 203 brigades were involved in recovery works until 12 a.m., 120 brigades were involved from 12 a.m. till 6 a.m.
The positive dynamics continued to be observed in the process of connection of objects to energy supply. The number of disconnected 110 kV substations (S) as at 4 p.m. of 27 December was 36, their number reduced to 25 as at 6 a.m. of 28 December. The same happened with transformer substations (TS): 4 p.m. of 27 December – 5,713; 6 a.m. of 28 December – 4,781.
The following was performed on the last night in Southern Electric Grids – the branch of MOESK:
10.38 p.m. - “Pakhra-Yakovlevo” 110 kV overhead line (OL) was switched on, “Yakovlevo” 110 kV S was energized;
11.59 p.m. - “Letovo-Teply Stan” 110 kV OL was switched on; substations “Maryino”, “Leonovo”, “Desna”, “Baranovo” were energized.
The following was performed in the branch Eastern Electric Grids:
10.57 p.m. – “Saltykovskaya - Zapadnaya”, “Saltykovskaya - Vostochnaya” 35 kV OL were switched on, “Saltykovskaya” 35 kV S was energized;
11.32 p.m. – “Vostochnaya – Cherkizovo I, II” 110 kV OL was switched on;
11.35 p.m. –“Kurovskaya – Antsiferovo”, “Voksalnaya – Kukovskaya” 110 kV OL were switched on; “Kurovskaya”, “Kurovskaya – Tyagovaya” 110 kV S were energized.
01.56 a.m. “Dvoinya – Mikhali I” 35 kV OL was switched on; “Mikhali” 35 kV S was energized.
02.29 a.m. - “Dvoinya – Mikhali II” 35 kV OL was switched on;
03.34 a.m. – “Mineralnaya – Progress” 110 kV OL was switched on; “Mineralnaya” 110 kV S was energized, which provides electricity to the city of Zheleznodorozhny, “Chernaya” 35 kV S was energized.
The following was performed in Western Electric Grids:
05.09 a.m. “Kubinka – Ivanovskaya I” 110 kV OL was switched on; “Karinskaya” and “Dyudkovo” 110 kV S were energized.
