Switching on the 110 kV overhead line Novobratsevo-Leningradskaya II at 14.23, MOESK completed restoration of the power line in the capital.

Electricity supply restoration continues in the Moscow Area. In the second part of the daylight hours (from 13.00 through 17.00) four substations and twelve PL were switched on. They include the overhead lines in the east of the Moscow Area: Orbita-Monino II 110 kV OL, Izmailovskata II 110 kV OL, Bronnitsy-Start 110 kV OL. “Start” substation was switched on there.

Western Electric Grids – the branch of JSC “MOESK” put into operation three 110 kV power lines Yadroshino-Pernatovo, Rumyantsevo-Yadroshino and Kubinka-Ivanovskaya II. Two substations of 110 kV “Rumyantsevo” and “Yadroshino” were also switched on in the west of the Moscow Area. The first provides electric supply of the railway, the second - the like-named settlement.

As at 15.00 of 28 December, the inhabitants of sixteen districts of the Moscow Area experienced the problems with electric power supply, 243 settlements with the total number of nearby 37 thousand inhabitants.
