For twelve hours of work from 9:00 in the morning till 18:00 of 31 December, the specialists of MOESK and the energy specialists of other companies of IDGC Holding helping them in restoration of electricity supply of the Moscow Area have reduced the number of the disconnected transformer substations to 666.

The emergency recovery works proceed in the distributive grids of 0.4-6-10 kV.

There are no disconnected consumers in Northern Electric Grids.

Only 150 transformer substations will remain without voltage in the Ramensky District in Southern Electric Grids by 20:00. All other districts will be connected. Four 4 mobile power stations were sent to the Ramensky District for restoration of power supply: 2 with the power of 630 kW, 1 - 400 kW and 1 - 100 kW.

Only 2 TS will remain disconnected in the Orehovo-Zuevsky District in Eastern Electric Grids by 21:00. At the same time, 18 TS remain without voltage at 18:00 in the Orehovo-Zuevsky District, 3 – in the Pavlovo-Posadsky District, and 14 TS in the Shatursky District.

The most intense situation is observed in Western Electric Grids. 10 Ten villages remain without electricity in the Ruzsky District, 5 - in the Istrinsky District and 4 - in the Shakhovsky District as at 18:00. Ten villages in the Ruzsky District are already provided with generators, 4 generators out of 5 ones have been delivered to the Istrinsky District, and independent power supplies have been delivered to 2 out of 4 villages in the Shakhovsky District.

Three generators have been delivered to the other 3 villages of the western Moscow Area by the Moscow Area Government.

As at 18:00, 666 transformer substations were disconnected in the territory of the Moscow Area. Including 510 subscribers’ ones, which are not included in the responsibility zone of JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company”.

Accordingly, only 156 disconnected TS remain on the balance of JSC “MOESK” out of the disconnected objects of the electric grid structure, which equals only 1.5% of the total of the disconnected transformer substations as at 26 December.
