Summarizing results of the first quarter of 2011, power engineers of JSC “MOESK” branch Central Electric Grids noted that the level of electric power losses during this period amounted to 1.66%, with the planned 1.67%. Thus, they managed to save 67 thousand kWh.

Productive supply in the networks of branch according to the results of the first three months of 2011 amounted to 12.988 million kWh, while the supply in a network exceeded 13.000 million kWh.

It was possible to achieve such indicators thanks to a serious purposeful work. According to Deputy Director for transportation and electricity distribution Igor Mikryukov, “Every year, a program of actions to reduce energy losses is developing. Positive results and over-fulfillment of the plan were made possible by high-quality electricity metering, including implementation of a number of organizational and technical measures, including implementation of Automatic system for commercial accounting of power consumption, running today at 95 substations of branch. Power engineers conducted a systematic metering of commercial accounting at consumers and exercise control over technical condition of the energy accounting meters, as well as control over the formation of a productive supply to each subscriber.”
