The new channel of communication with citizens and organizations - “Telephone emergency service” - starts working in the Security Department of Joint-Stock Company “Moscow United Electric Grid Company”. The main objective of the innovation is more trusting contact with customers, the ability to directly receive information from the public to identify, prevent and suppress the possible facts of the illegal (criminal) activities of individual employees.

Based on information, received with the help of “Telephone emergency service”, management of the Company will be able to quickly make decisions, adjust the work to interact with consumers.

Citizens and companies will be able to call the “Telephone emergency service” of JSC “MOESK” and inform the Security Department about possible facts of fraud, extortion and bribery, theft and abuse of power, other offenses and signs of crimes at the hands of Company’s employees, as well as the threat of probable preparation for a terrorist, diversionary and other unlawful acts against power grid facilities.

Anonymous messages and messages that do not contain the postal address, which the reply should be sent to, will not be accepted.

“Telephone emergency service” is working around the clock. During business hours employees from security unit of the Company answer the calls from consumers, at the same time the record of conversation is being kept. In off hours, weekends and holidays, received calls are recorded by answering machine, followed by consideration and reflection.
