JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” (MOESK) continues improvement of client service quality standards.

Reconstruction is carried out in the Company and it is planned to open three client service centers (CSC). In this regard department of client service of JSC “MOESK” carries out organizational arrangements, including personnel recruitment for the work in new CSC. Training according to client service standards, accepted in JSC “MOESK”, will be carried out with the newly recruited employees.

According to Yuliya Shirokova, Deputy Director of the Client Service Department, “the Company’s clients, which need grid connection of their power receivers to the electric networks, have a lot of questions. Our specialists should clearly and quickly familiarize themselves not only with the procedure of grid connection, but also be broad-minded, have knowledge in the sphere of electric power industry, business custom experience. Words of gratitude from the clients to our employees – is the best evidence of the fact that the Company set the right course for customer-oriented approach”.
