Subsidiary Enterprise of JSC “MOESK” Performs Works in the Frames of COL Reconstruction “TPP-12 – MSU 1,2”

JSC “Moskabel’set’montazh” as a prime contractor performs works at the object “Reconstruction of 110 kV cable-overhead line “TPP-12 – MSU 1,2”.

Reconstruction is made for the needs of High-Voltage Cable Grids – branch of JSC “MOESK: and provides replacement of oil-immersed cable with the size of 625 sq. mm with the modern cable with cross-linked polyethylene isolation and current-carrying conductor size of 2000 sq. mm at the section from 110 kV closed switchgear (CSG) of TPP-12 to transit point (TP) # 1.

Reconstructed section length is 811 m. Total length of cable with cross-linked polyethylene isolation – approximately 5.5 km, number of cable fittings for installation of CL – 18 units. The whole section is installed on the ground. The construction is planned to be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2013.

Cable route crosses Western Administrative District of city of Moscow and the territory of TPP-12. Works are performed in the frames of JSC “MOESK” Investment program to increase passage of electric capacity and increase electric power supply reliability of the capital’s consumers, particularly, Western Administrative District.
