DSC_0104.jpgThe branch of JSC “MOESK” – the Southern Electric Grids, in accordance with the plan of implementation of the investment program, is reconstructing the 110 kV high-voltage line “Krutyshi-Setovka” in the Stupino District near Moscow. The need for reconstruction has been caused by wear of the line built in 1956.

The line carries out transit of electricity from the power plant TPP-17, Stupino town, to 110 kV substation “Fedino”, provides electricity to the Ozherel’yevskiy section of the Moscow-Kursk Railway.

During the year 2013, MOESK’s energy specialists have to replace more than 70 towers at the site of 11 km. Currently, reconstruction of a site of 2.6 km, with replacement of poles and wires by AC-240 has been performed. It is characterized by the large cross section compared to the used wires A-120 and M-70.

Modernization of the 110 kV high-voltage line “Krutyshi-Setovka” will increase capacity of the line, which, in its turn, will improve quality and reliability of electricity supply of the Stupinsky District in the Moscow Area.
The cost of the project exceeds RUR 125 mn. Performance of works does not stipulate planned outages of consumers in the Stupino District.
