On the 5th of June, the field briefing session of the working group members related to implementation of the Program on integration of automated multi-pillar modular system of perimeter and equipment security of Central Electric Grids’ (CEG) high-voltage electric substations was held at the premises of “Avtozavodskaya” substation.

The visiting meeting was headed by Deputy Director General for security of JSC “MOESK” Valery Kadatsky. Director of the branch of JSC “MOESK” – CEG Roman Voinov, Head of the personnel and facilities integrated safety Department Igor’ Avdeev, as well as the Security block’s employees of “MOESK” Executive Office, and the contractor’s representatives were among the participants of the given arrangement.

During the meeting the report, including presentation, was heard on automated perimeter security control system (APSCS) prepared for commissioning at 13 substations of Central Electric Grids.

One could observe the video control and perimeter security systems condition online at the branch’s engineering and technical center of APSCS. Data are received through the optical links and also include protocol messages, archival events, including display of troubling event video pictures.

Putting into service of the automated perimeter security control system (APSCS) enables to minimize the risk of unauthorized intrusion into the power facility and reduces time for a potential intruder apprehension.
