JSC "MOESK", in the framework of services extension for consumers, introduces a feedback form for citizens on the questions of unauthorized connection to the grids and electric energy consumption. If a consumer often faces power supply voltage swing and accounts for the consumption of electricity in the common zones have increased dramatically, perhaps, there is an unauthorized connection to the grid. In all such cases JSC "MOESK" ask citizens to contact the Company. Now it has become easier to contact MOESK. A feedback form for customers applications was created on this issue on our website in section "Honest kilowatt".All messages will be transferred to JSC "MOESK" branch, "Energouchet". The specialists of the branch will inspect the object and, if rules of grid connection of electricity consumers’ receiving devices are violated, they will organize a raid at that address. If, during a raid the information on possible violations is confirmed, experts of MOESK disconnect an unfair consumer from electricity and draw up a report, according to which he is obliged to pay off the cost of the consumed electric energy without unauthorization.

In order to decrease the unauthorized consumption of electricity JSC "MOESK" carries out the explanatory campaign "Honest kilowatt". Its main task is to warn the public about the dangers and responsibility for unauthorized consumption of electricity and connection to power grids, rather than to punish violators.
