Since the end of June, the consultation center of JSC "MOESK" changed the place of reception of visitors and timetable. Now the consultation center is located on the first floor and is open for customers six days a week (except Sunday) from 9.00am to 8.00pm. The number of simultaneously working consultants is increased up to 3 people, which allowed to organize provision of advice to every customer who comes to the office, without the prior approval of the reception time of consultants.

Competent employees work in the consultation center, to whom consumers turning with complicated cases of grid connection to electric grids or renewal of capacity. 

The consultation center is located at the Head Office of the Customer Service at the address: Moscow, Alexandra Solzhenitsyna Street, 7. 

JSC "MOESK" seeks to improve service and customer needs satisfaction constantly. We remind you that the Company has 32 client offices in total, the addresses of which can be found on the grid connection portal or telephone of the uniform contact center 8 (800) 700-40-70. In addition, a special possibility of application submission on grid connection is stipulated for certain categories of consumers directly through the GC portal by way of registering with in Personal Account of the Client. Other online services are developed as well.
