Moscow United Electric Grid Company will soon open the Customer Service Centre (CSC) after extensive renovations in Kolomna on the basis of the Kolomna Electric Grid District. Included in the zone of responsibility of the Eastern Electric Grids (EEG) – the branch of JSC "MOESK", it will be similar to the center in Noginsk as to its significance, which was renovated and opened a year ago.
A new CSC in Kolomna is different from the existing one: it has larger spaces and a significant increase in the number of stands for full-time service. For the convenience of the applicants, the office will have an electronic-queue system, TV set. In addition, the entrance lobby will be equipped with ramps and special signs for disabled people.
Children will also be taken care of. Subject to the prospect that the office will be visited by representatives of large families who have received land plots in the surrounding areas within the framework of the federal and regional legislation, a play area is allocated and equipped for children. When the weather is warm, visitors can enjoy recreation places equipped in the landscaped area adjacent to the building.
The new center is located in a walking distance from the main road and rail traffic intersections of the city, which is important for the convenience of customers from neighboring areas.
According to the head of the EEG grid connection administration Oleg Suvorov, creation of new customer service centers, renovation of the existing ones, as well as development of the correspondence service will make the process of grid connection to electric grids of JSC "MOESK" as convenient as possible for the residents of the Moscow Area.
