MOESK and OPORA Rossii Test and Endorse New Cooperation Form

On the 28th of August within the framework of the Entrepreneur Day hold for the first time in JSC “MOESK” a meeting of the Executive Board and specialists of Company’s branch “Moscow Cable Grids” (MCG) took place with the business community representatives of the capital city’s region.

Thenceforth such meetings will take place on a monthly basis on the venues of MOESK. Respective resolution was passed following the results of the meeting of the Executive Board of the Department for the fuel and energy economy of Moscow, JSC “MOESK” and Moscow City Division “OPORA Rossii” with the business community representatives.

Last meeting the questions of the customers were answered by Deputy Director for development and sales of services of MCG Alexey Makarovskiy, head of the contractual work department for the technological connections Dmitry Kalinin, Deputy Director of the customer service department Yuliya Shirokova, as well as officers of the Company, engaged in the issues of the capital construction, additional services rendering and electric power transmission.

In the course of the individual meetings with the entrepreneurs, they sought ways to solve the problems related with the technological connection, capacity increase, improvement of the power supply quality and reliability.

“Moscow United Electric Grid Company” is developing the feedback channels with the service consumers. The opinions of the customers got at the Entrepreneur Day, help to reveal the problem issues, some of them are systematic, – believes Alexey Makarovskiy. – We study the preferences and expectations of the consumers, analyze the received information and adjust the work. Let me specify that in the majority of cases we are capable of answering the questions the customers are anxious about. The meeting that had taken place – is not an exception”.

Practical use of such cooperation form of the entrepreneurs with the power engineers is also confirmed by the business representatives. “Initiative of JSC “MOESK” is correct and makes it possible to solve quickly the acutest problems. Personally I have got a comprehensive answer to my question”, – Alexander Tormakhov, a transport company representative commented upon the result of participation in the Entrepreneur Day.

Next Entrepreneur Day will be held by JSC “MOESK” on the 25th of September.
