Power Engineers of MOESK Conduct Direct Dialogue with Moscow Region Dwellers

In order to increase the information openness of the activity of JSC “MOESK”, the Executive Board of branch Southern Electric Grids (SEG) has passed a resolution to conduct a series of the meetings of the enterprise specialists with the dwellers of the Southern Moscow Region. Premised on the analyses of the appeals to the address of the branch, Chekhovskiy region has been chosen to be the venue for the arrangements holding.

At the end of August the employees of SEG (head of the management for technological connection Vladimir Semyonov, head of Chekhovskiy distribution zone Victor Piyakovskiy, Deputy Head for the customer work of Chekhovskiy distribution zone Valentina Dvortsova, head of Chekhovskiy area of the Southern division of branch “Energouchet” Yuri Siyutin) made a business trip to the mostly problem settlements of the region. The journalists of the regional mass media took also part in the press tour.

After visiting of Stremilovskiy and Barantsevskiy rural settlements, the main spectrum of the issues the local inhabitants had been interested in, became clear: the responsibility area of branch of SEG in Chekhovskiy, an opportunity of the technological connection to the grids of MOESK and its cost, the power supply quality and reconstruction terms of the energy facilities.

Similar questions were asked by the region inhabitants but already in a live broadcasting at Chekhov radio station “Kometa” to the following people: Deputy Director for development and sales of services of SEG Denis Yakunin, Deputy Director of SEG for the capital construction Vladimir Mednikov and head of Chekhovskiy distribution zone Victor Piyakovskiy.

Specialists of MOESK told also the hearers about the main development trends of the electric grid complex in the South of Moscow Region.

As Vladimir Mednikov specified, over 6,500 energy facilities of the Company’s Southern branch had been included into the investment program of JSC “MOESK” for year 2013. The capital investments scope exceeds RUR 5.5 bln. Over RUR 400 mln will be directed in Chekhovskiy region for reconstruction of the existing and construction of the new facilities for the technological connection, as well as works to bring the forest corridors under 6-10 kV power transmission lines to the normal state. This figure is almost two times more than the last year.

Taking into account the customer services development in JSC “MOESK”, Denis Yakunin told in detail about program “Five steps for three visits”, which makes it possible to file an application in an electronic form for technological connection, to make a preliminary cost calculation etc. Since the year beginning already over 16 thousand applications for connection to the Company’s grids have been directed to SEG. Among them in Chekhovskiy region – there are 2,665 applications with the total capacity of 65,226 kW. At that, over 90% – for the capacity up to 15 kW.

“Goal of the increase of the customer work quality – is one of the most important goals of the Company. For it our specialists must not only solve the technical issues but as well be capable of explaining to people that our efforts are aimed at increasing the power supply reliability of Moscow Region on the whole, which means each house and flat as taken separately”, – emphasized Director of a branch of JSC “MOESK” – Southern Electric Grids Mikhail Ezhokin.

Such meetings will be organized by the specialists of MOESK and with the inhabitants of other regions of the Southern Moscow Region.
