JSC “MOESK” is fulfilling a project within the framework of governor’s program “Our Moscow Region”. The facility cost amounts to almost RUR 79 mln. The substation reconstruction is planned to be completed in October of 2014. By now its first stage has been accomplished – the design and survey works, into which about RUR 4 RUR mln. have been invested, the equipment procurement is being made with the cost of over 55 RUR mln.

Substation “Vasyutino” with the voltage of 35/10/6 kV which was put into operation in year 1930, has been worn out for 83 years. Due to the development of the horticultural, market-gardening partnerships in the Eastern part of Moscow region, the number of the consumers in villages Vasyutino, Alekseevo and other neighboring villages of Pavlovo-Posadskiy region is growing permanently. Load of the transformers in a normal mode amounts to 95.7%.

According to the project of the substation reconstruction, two transformers will be substituted by more powerful ones – each by 6.3 MVA. Together with it three obsolete oil circuit breakers are subject to substitution by new, vacuum ones. An installation of two new auxiliary transformers of the substation instead of one obsolete transformer is also stipulated in the course of reconstruction.

By the words of the head of the production and technical service of the Eastern Electric Grids – a branch of JSC “MOESK” Yuri Maslyonkin, in the course of the reconstruction project implementation all the works will be performed without power outage of the consumers. Also that fact is important, that the installation of more powerful transformers will make it possible for the power engineers of the Eastern branch of MOESK to connect in the long view the additional subscribers to the substation, providing their reliable power supply.
