Gratitude of Energy Minister for Innovation Project Implementation

Energy Minister Alexander Novak expressed gratitude to the Director General of the subsidiary (SAA ) of JSC “MOESK” - JSC “Moskabel’set’montazh” Oleg Kostikov in connection with the successful implementation of the project of translation of the overhead line (OL) 500 kV, 220 kV and 110 kV into the cable implementation to release the areas for development of the innovation center “Skolkovo”.

It is specified in Order #63 “On awarding employees of the fuel and energy complex”: “For long-period hard work and due to the successful implementation of the project of translation of the overhead line (OL) 500 kV, 220 kV and 110 kV into the cable implementation to release the areas for development of the innovation center “Skolkovo”, as well as the projects of construction of underground substations in the territory of the innovation center “Skolkovo”, gratitude of the Energy Industry Ministry of the Russian Federation is expressed to Oleg Kostikov - General Director of JSC “Moskabel’set’montazh” - a subsidiary of JSC “MOESK”, city of Moscow.

In his reply, Oleg Kostikov said: “It is primarily the merit of the whole team of JSC “Moskabel’set’montazh”. We all worked together on this project during the past period of time. The project of translation of the overhead line (OL) 500 kV, 220 kV and 110 kV into the cable implementation to release the areas for development of the innovation center “Skolkovo” is for us priority and was given the maximum attention.

There are few similar cable lines of this voltage class and length in the world. As for Russia, such a project was executed for the first time in the history of the domestic electricity industry. It is symbolic that the construction of the innovation center in Russia began with the implementation of a completely new, innovative project in the power sector for construction of cable lines and substations which has been implemented by JSC “UES FGC”.

I express my deep sense of satisfaction for the work done.

I thank all the employees of JSC “Moskabel’set’montazh” who performed a full range of activities, from designing of cable lines to construction of cable lines and their delivery to the customer.

Of course, this would not be possible without the teamwork with our customer - JSC “FGC UES” and JSC “ECMC UES” (engineering and construction management center).

The experience gained during the implementation of the project of translation of the overhead line (OL) 500 kV, 220 kV and 110 kV into the cable implementation to release the areas for development of the IC “Skolkovo” will be used by us in the future for new projects for construction of new cable lines and substations, including in the territory of New Moscow,” Oleg Kostikov said.
