JSC "MOESK" in the framework of extension of service for consumers, implements information sharing on electricity quality. Since 1 July of this year, electricity consumers, by calling to JSC "MOESK" by the uniform free-of-charge telephone of "Light Line" 8-800-700-40-70 can notify the Company of an improper electricity quality, leave a complaint to the operator to the Contact Center in respect of low or high voltage in the grid, power surges, as well as in the event of electricity failure.
If you have low or very high voltage, if your household appliances burn out frequently, then you have a reason to turn to MOESK. Your application will be recorded and submitted for consideration by the engineering unit of the Company. Customers’ complaints regarding quality of electricity will be dealt with in accordance with the regulations adopted in JSC "MOESK".
Contact Center of JSC "MOESK" is created for convenience of consumers, information sharing is carried out on weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00.
