PICT0065.JPGThe branch of JSC "MOESK" - Southern Electric Grids, as part of the repair program 2013, completed reconstruction of the high-voltage (OL) of 35 kV "Novo-Domodedovo - Elizarovo" in the southern Moscow Area.

The line which was built in 1957, implements transit of electricity between the above-named feeding centers. The need for reconstruction was caused by physical deterioration of energy equipment.

During renovation of the overhead line, the engineers from MOESK replaced five anchor and seven interim supports by more modern modifications U 35-1 and PB-35. Besides, the reconstructed site of 2.2 km in length went through replacement of 468 insulators and wire of brand AC-70 AC-95, which are characterized by a greater cross-section than those used previously.

Renovation of 35 kV "Novo-Domodedovo - Elizarovo" will increase capacity of the line, which in its turn will improve quality and reliability of electricity supply of consumers in the Domodedovsky and Stupinsky districts of the Moscow Area.
