Head of "Rosseti" Oleg Budargin Take Leadership of the Board of Directors of MOESK

Director General of JSC "Rosseti" Oleg Budargin has been re-elected to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of JSC "Moscow United Electric Grid Company". Such decision was taken at the absent meeting of the Board dd. 7.07.2014. 

In June of the current year the shareholders of MOESK elected the new Board of Directors of the company at the annual General Shareholders' Meeting, composed of 13 people. It has been constituted by Deputy Energy Minister Vyacheslav Kravchenko, department head of the fuel and energy economy of Moscow Pavel Livinskiy, Director General of "Rosseti" Oleg Budargin, his first deputy for finances Andrey Dyomin, Deputy Director General of "Rosseti" for economics Oksana Shatokhina, director of the strategic development department of "Rosseti" Sergey Lebedev, Director General of MOESK Pyotr Sinyutin, Director General of "Stroykapital", LLC Andrey Kokin, Director General of CJSC "Leader" Anatoliy Gavrilenko, as well as his deputies Alexey Nuzhdov and Sergey Nikitin, deputy head of the direct investments department of Gazprombank Sergey Grischenko and counselor of "Rosseti" Yuri Mangarov.
