10 000 electric grid connection requests were submitted to MOESK

Since the beginning of the year, 10 000 customers have already submitted requests to Moscow United Electric Grid Company (a company of the Rosseti Group) for technological connection to electric grids.

The 10000th request for connecting a facility was received by MOESK in electronic form from Mosgortrans state unitary enterprise via the specialized Portal available at utp.moesk.ru. The facility requiring the maximum capacity of 3 kW is located in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki in Northeastern Administrative District of Moscow.

MOESK notes that the “On-line request” service is quite popular. Last year over 15% of all applicants or more than 13 000 of customers of the company used this service.

Now the specialists of Moscow Cable Grids, a branch of MOESK, are working on technical conditions for connection of the facility, which will be sent to Mosgortrans state unitary enterprise within 10 days together with a draft technological connection contract.

The applicant will be notified by SMS as well as by a message in the Personal profile on the Technological Connection Portal when the documents are ready.

In accordance with the technological connection time frame established in the company under the “3 steps - 2 visits” program, customers requiring the capacity of up to 150 kW must be connected within 90 days and the capacity of up to 670 kW within not more than 180 days provided that the electric grid infrastructure is available. In case construction and installation works are required to be performed by MOESK or at the customer’s site, the time frame will be defined individually taking into account the complexity and the scope of the required works.

As of today, a technological connection request can be submitted via the Personal profile on the MPESK Portal, in any of 29 customer service offices or by mail.
