"Rosseti Moscow Region" extends the simplified procedure for transferring the electric networks of gardeners' non-commercial partnerships (SNT) and cottage settlements (KP) to the balance sheet of the electric grid company until December 31, 2021. At the same time, the consolidation procedure will be amended from February 1, 2021.

In order to attract a wider range of interested gardeners to the Program, "Rosseti Moscow Region" continues to consolidate gardeners' non-commercial partnerships (SNT) that are indirectly connected through the networks of other territorial network organizations (with the exception of Russian Railways). The only additional requirement for the consolidation of the electric power facilities of indirectly connected gardeners' non-commercial partnerships (SNT) will be the confirmation by the technical expertise of the absence of the need for immediate major repairs or reconstruction of their networks. This is necessary for the company to fulfill its obligations regarding the terms of restoration of power supply in the event of technological violations, as well as the quality of the supplied electricity.

The company does not consolidate the power grid facilities of garden associations indirectly connected through the networks owned by JSC "Russian Railways", as well as the networks of owners who do not have the status of a territorial network organization, due to the inability to ensure the established standards of reliability and quality of electricity transmission services in such networks.

Also, from February 1, 2021, "Rosseti Moscow Region", in order to reduce the time of consolidation of power grid facilities with a voltage of 0.4 kV, will no longer require consolidated gardeners' non-commercial partnerships (SNT) to provide registers of power distribution of SNT filled in for each gardener and to interact with JSC "Mosenergosbyt" on the issue of concluding individual energy supply contracts. Each right holder of the land plot will be able to apply for a direct power supply contract to the specified sales organization in accordance with the requirements of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 422 of 5/4/2012, as before, personally (or through a representative).

The procedure for concluding individual contracts will be completed for the SNT that have previously submitted the registers of power distribution of garden associations.

"For SNT and KP, whose networks are connected to the power grids of "Rosseti Moscow Region", the simplified scheme of transmission of power grid facilities still applies: the main technical restrictions and requirements for electricity accounting, which were the most common reason for refusing to consolidate, have been removed. The changes initiated by the company are primarily aimed at attracting indirectly affiliated horticulturists to the SNT Consolidation Program, whose networks do not require immediate repairs. Previously, when receiving applications from them, the company refused to consolidate, now we have a mechanism to satisfy their desire to transfer the networks to the balance of the most qualified network organization in the region", commented Alexey Starostin, Deputy Director General for Corporate Governance and Property.

The necessary conditions remained: the availability of a working metering device, access to the objects of the power grid economy of the SNT for maintenance and repair.
